CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS
At Cedar Lodge we have at least one classroom assistant for each class in the school. School can be a very daunting place for pupils and part of the role of the classroom assistant is to make school a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
Classroom assistants in Cedar Lodge work under the direction of the teachers to assist pupils in all aspects of their learning. They are also on hand for the pupils before school starts, at break and lunch time and at the end of school. They assist in organising games and activities for pupils and keep a close watch to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable in the school environment.
The classroom assistants are very dedicated, friendly and pupil centered and endeavour to provide a positive, rewarding learning experience for all in the school.
